ABOUT TIM
Tim Young is an American author whose books include the prehistoric time-travel novel The Hand on the Wall, the supernatural thriller Poisoned Soil, the farming memoir The Accidental Farmers, and the practical guide Start Prepping!
His working life has taken him from leading an Inc. 500 company to starting a sustainable farm and making award-winning artisan cheese. Those experiences continue to shape his interest in the natural world, self-reliance, and the choices people make when their lives change unexpectedly.
He now lives in rural France with his wife and daughter. Away from his writing desk, he’s usually exploring medieval towns, tackling a house or gardening project, or wrestling with the French language.
